1. Parties
These Terms and Conditions constitute a rental agreement between:
- Lessor: MORA MORAL LLC (the “Company”)
- Lessee: the individual or entity renting equipment (“Customer”)
By placing an order with moramoral.us, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
2. Rental Equipment
The Company agrees to rent the items listed in the order in clean and working condition. The Customer agrees to inspect all equipment upon receipt and report any issues within 2 hours of delivery or pickup.
3. Rental Period
- The rental period begins and ends on the dates/times specified in the order.
- Late returns may result in additional charges.
4. Payment & Security Deposit
- Full payment is required before delivery.
- A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned if all items are returned in good condition.
5. Use & Care
- The Customer is responsible for using the equipment properly and safely.
- Equipment must be kept in a secure, dry location and protected from damage, theft, or adverse weather conditions.
6. Damages & Loss
- The Customer is liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period.
- Charges for damage or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit, or billed separately if costs exceed the deposit.
7. Cleaning Policy
- All items must be returned clean.
- A cleaning fee will apply if items are returned dirty, stained, or with residue (e.g., food, tape, wax, etc.).
8. Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
- The Customer must ensure someone is available to receive and return the equipment on time.
- Extra charges may apply for waiting time or additional trips.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders canceled more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations 15–30 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable.
10. Liability
- The Company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from the use of the rented items.
- The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless moramoral.us from all claims, damages, or losses.
11. Insurance
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to obtain insurance coverage, if necessary, for the rental period.
12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the event takes place (or as defined by moramoral.us’s business registration).
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede all prior agreements. Any changes must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
