1. Overview
At moramoral.us, we provide rental services — not product sales. All items offered on our website are temporary rentals and must be returned in the same condition as received, by the agreed return date.
By placing a rental order, you agree to the terms of delivery, usage, and return outlined below.
2. Delivery (Shipping)
We offer delivery services within our service area. Shipping refers to the transportation of rental items to and from your event location.
a) Delivery Details
- Delivery and pickup must be scheduled in advance during checkout or by phone/email confirmation.
- Delivery charges vary depending on location, size of the order, and timing.
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the items at the agreed delivery time.
b) Setup Services
- Setup and breakdown may be available for select items for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of booking.
3. Returns
Since all items are rentals, returns are mandatory and expected at the end of the rental period.
a) Return Responsibilities
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered — clean, undamaged, and complete.
- If we handle pickup, you must ensure the items are packed and ready by the scheduled pickup time.
- If you are returning items yourself, please follow the agreed schedule and location.
b) Late Returns
- Late returns will incur a daily late fee equal to the standard daily rental rate for each item.
4. Damaged or Missing Items
You are responsible for the condition of all rented items from the moment of delivery until they are returned.
- Damaged items may result in additional repair or replacement charges.
- Missing items will be billed at full replacement value.
- The security deposit (if applicable) may be used to cover such costs.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders canceled more than 30 days before the rental start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 15–30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the rental date are non-refundable.
6. Final Notes
Please remember: You are renting, not buying.
All items must be returned — no exceptions.
Failure to return rented items, refusal to allow pickup, or willful damage may result in legal action and full replacement charges.
